Business meeting went over time, traffic on the I5 is horrible. We get it, things happen. Regardless, we will do our best to accommodate your service. However, after fifteen-minutes, your appointment is subject to change depending on the barbers’  discretion/appointments that are proceeding yours. Please understand this is never a penalty as it is only to prevent cutting into the time of future appointments scheduled that day. We thank you in advance for your understanding.

 

 

Cancellation under 24 hours period will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount.

 

 

No-Show will result in a charge of 100% of the reserved service amount.

 

 

Services: If you are unhappy with your hair or service and need a fix please contact us ASAP.  Any inquiries after two weeks from the original appointment will not be considered for a service. Services are non-refundable.

Products: Just as we want you to be satisfied with your hair we want you to be happy with the products you are using. We will gladly accept returns for any products within 30 days from purchase.
